(B) Requirement that Crime of Violence Must be Against the Person. The aggravated felony crime of violence deportation ground applies to crimes of violence against property as well as against the person. See § 7.48, supra. On the other hand, the domestic violence ground of deportation is limited to crimes against the person. See § 7.155, infra.
