(C) Requirement that Crime of Violence Must be Against Listed Victim. The aggravated felony crime of violence deportation ground applies regardless of who the victim is. On the other hand, the domestic violence deportation ground applies only if the victim has a protected relationship with the defendant. See § 7.154, infra.
