(A) Elements of this Ground of Deportation. A noncitizen is deportable if convicted of a violation of the neutrality law, [1463] which forbids aiding or participating in a military expedition from the United States against any foreign people with whom the United States is at peace.[1464] NOTE: A defendant convicted under this section shall be fined or imprisoned not more than three years.
