(A) Elements of this Ground of Deportation. Any noncitizen convicted of a violation of the Act of August 1, 1956, Ch 849, 70 Stat. 899 (50 U.S.C. § § 851, et seq.), governing registration of certain persons trained in foreign espionage systems, or of a violation of any regulation under the Act, is subject to deportation.[1441] NOTE: This ground of deportation is not listed in the immigration statute collecting most grounds of deportation.[1442]
