(E) Multiple CMT Ground of Deportation. Unlike the ground of deportation based on a single CMT conviction, the multiple-CMT ground of deportation does not expressly list attempt or conspiracy, thus giving rise to an additional argument that a conviction of attempt or conspiracy to commit a CMT cannot form one of the two CMT convictions required to trigger deportation under this ground. See § 7.135, infra.
