(B) Post-Conviction Relief. Counsel must assess the client’s criminal history, evaluate the immigration damage of each part of it, isolate the changes in the criminal history that are necessary to avoid the immigration damage, and determine whether it is possible to obtain sufficient post-conviction relief to avert the immigration damage. See § § 5.33-5.42, infra.
