(C) Immigration Proceedings. Defense counsel must anticipate possible removal proceedings, or other immigration proceedings, and examine their likely result in light of the final criminal history resulting from the final disposition of the current criminal case, and after all possible post-conviction relief has been obtained. See Chapter 15, infra.
Each different outcome in the first two areas of litigation will cause a different probable outcome in the immigration proceedings.
