(B) Finding Post-Conviction Counsel. Post-conviction work is very complicated, and a specialty of its own. Many criminal defense attorneys may never handle post-conviction writs, or only rarely. When seeking post-conviction counsel, it is necessary to inquire specifically into potential counsel’s experience in this area.
