Aggravated Felonies

(A)  Prostitution Business.  The “prostitution business” ground is not in reference to a specific federal statute.[517]   Because the ground lists four specific offenses relating to a prostitution business, a different, unlisted offense relating to a prostitution business would arguably not be included in this ground.  A receptionist for a prostitution business, for example, should not be an aggravated felon under this ground.  However, the courts may choose to apply the “relating to” language broadly.[518]  An offense relating to a different type of business, such as a massage or escort business, is also arguably not included.
