(A) Most Ammunition Not Included. The statutory definition of “firearms” and “destructive devices”[380] does not mention any criminal offense involving ammunition, except for “armor piercing ammunition.”[381] Therefore, commercial trafficking in other types of ammunition do not constitute aggravated felonies within this definition.
