(A) Federally Defined Contraband. This definition expressly lists the exact contraband in which illicit trafficking is forbidden, by reference to specific federal statutory definitions. Therefore, if a person is convicted of trafficking in an item that is not on the list, the conviction does not trigger deportation under this category.
