§ 7.222 U. Torture Conduct

Noncitizens are deportable who have, outside the United States, committed, ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the commission of any act of torture, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2340.[1499]  NOTE: No conviction is required to establish this ground of deportation.  See § 7.178, supra.
