Before we can schedule a consultation appointment, we need you to complete an Intake Form. This contains all the information necessary for us to ascertain your criminal history, diagnose the exact immigration problems it creates, and find solutions in immigration proceedings or in criminal proceedings, either before or after conviction.

After reviewing the Intake Form and the necessary documents without charge, we will schedule a consultation if it appears we can be of service.  We will then quote a consultation fee which ordinarily starts at $1500 but may vary depending on the difficulty of the work and the number of documents to be reviewed.
