The Immigration and Nationality Act contains a number of “immigration grounds” of deportation.  The bracket number to the left of the ground, e.g., [10], is the number of the ground in Appendix A, which lists all grounds of deportation.  The section reference to the right of the ground lists the section below in which the ground is discussed.
