§ 7.167 F. Firearms or Destructive Device Conviction

A noncitizen is deportable for conviction after admission of violation of “any law of purchasing, selling, offering for sale, exchanging, using, owning, possessing, or carrying, or of attempting or conspiring to purchase, sell, offer for sale, exchange, use, own, possess, or carry, any weapon, part, or accessory which is a firearm or destructive device” as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 921(a).[1220]  For a discussion of the relationship between this ground of deportation, and other grounds of deportation, see N.
