§ 7.209 H. Genocide Conduct

Noncitizens are deportable who have, outside the United States, committed, ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the commission of any act that would, if committed in the United States or by a United States national constitute genocide (as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 1091(a)).[1452]  NOTE: No conviction is required to establish this ground of deportation.
