Criminal Defense of Immigrants

Drug trafficking offenses are treated more harshly under the immigration laws than any other activity short of terrorism or treason.  There is little or no chance of obtaining relief in immigration court.[210]  Counsel should therefore exercise extreme caution when dealing with a drug trafficking issue.
