(A) Most Ammunition Not Included. The statutory definition of “firearms” and “destructive devices”[695] does not mention any criminal offense involving ammunition, except for “armor piercing ammunition.”[696] Therefore, commercial trafficking in other types of ammunition does not constitute an aggravated felony within this definition.
