(D) Child Pornography. A sixteen-level increase will also be applied to any noncitizen convicted of “child pornography,” as defined in U.S.S.G. § 2L1.2 cmt. 1(B)(ii). This definition is broader than the aggravated felony definition,[294] since it includes convictions under 18 U.S.C. § 2252A, and 2260. See § 19.31, infra.
