(A) In General. A federal judge, at sentence, may order a noncitizen defendant removed from the United States under two different procedures, via a stipulated judicial order of removal or as a result of judicial removal proceedings at sentence, see § § 6.20-6.21, supra, but not by means of a condition of probation or supervised release. See § 6.27, supra.
