(B)  Motion to Reduce Felony to Misdemeanor.  Moreover, in some states, the sentencing court has authority to reduce certain felony convictions to misdemeanors at the time of sentence.[106]  It is the final sentence (after reduction has been granted) that is binding on immigration authorities for purposes of assessing their immigration consequences.  See § § 11.13-11.15, infra.
