In the aggravated felony definition statute, the only jurisdictions listed are (a) convictions for violating federal law, (b) convictions for violating state law, and (c) convictions for violating foreign law, but only if the term of imprisonment imposed for the foreign criminal conviction was completed within the previous 15 years.”[133]
