(E) Non-immigrant Visas. A person applying for a temporary, non-immigrant visa such as a tourist visa can apply under INA § 212(d)(3)(A) for a discretionary waiver of any inadmissibility ground (except the terrorist/security grounds). This waiver may also be applied to aggravated felons.
