The same practice of obtaining multiple certified copies of the clerk’s minutes, probation orders, judgment, and court reporter’s transcript of the ultimate plea and sentencing hearings is prudent, as was employed at the time the problematic original conviction and sentence were vacated.  See § 12.2, supra.  A copy of each should be given to the client and forwarded to immigration counsel.
