(B)  Non-Conviction Safe Havens.  The non-conviction class of safe havens includes the following:[61]  acquittal, dismissal before conviction, deferred prosecution, deferred verdict, deferred sentence, juvenile delinquency dispositions, see Chapter 12, supra, non-crime violations, and convictions which are not final because direct appeal has not been exhausted or waived.  See generally Chapter 7, supra.
