(E)  Cancellation of Removal Under NACARA.  A deportable domestic violence conviction disqualifies a noncitizen from eligibility for NACARA special rule cancellation. See § 24.12, infra. [40]  A domestic violence waiver, however, would enable the noncitizen to qualify for seven-year special rule cancellation.[41]
