(A) Notice. Juveniles are entitled to some additional protections under the regulations and caselaw as well. If the juvenile is in the custody of an adult, the Notice to Appear and notices of hearings must be served on the adult as well as the juvenile.[545] If in detention, notice may be served on the director of the facility.[546]
