(B) Hashish. The federal criminal statutory definition of “marijuana” includes concentrated marijuana, or hashish, as well.[65] Therefore, gratuitous distribution of a small amount of concentrated cannabis should receive the same treatment as gratuitous distribution of a small amount of marijuana. See § 9.4(B), supra.
