             (C)  Related Issues.  The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Services has recently found that a valid coram nobis claim had been properly raised where the petitioner claimed ineffective assistance of counsel for affirmatively misadvising the petitioner that he would not be deported on the basis of a court martial.[115]  The 1977 presidential pardon for violations of the Military Selective Service Act specifically applies to eliminate the commission of such violations as grounds of inadmissibility.[116]
