(D) Export Violations. Any conduct that violates any law prohibiting export of goods or information triggers a ground of deportation.[132] See § 17.26, supra. If the item exported “is” a firearm,[133] the conduct may be found to trigger deportation under the illegal export conduct deportation ground. NOTE: No conviction is required to establish this ground of deportation.
