(B)  Crimes of Moral Turpitude.

 

            Obstruction of justice may be found to be a crime of moral turpitude if there is an element of fraud present.[89]  See also “Accessory After the Fact,” § 8.65, supra, and “Misprision of a Felony,” § 8.68, supra.
