“An offense relating to obstruction of justice,” is an aggravated felony under INA § 101(a)(43(S) 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(43)(S), and thus constitutes an aggravated felony “if the term of imprisonment imposed is at least one year.”[88] See § § 7.24, et seq., supra, concerning sentence imposed.
