This book does not cover:
(a) Non-conviction based grounds of deportation, since a disposition of a criminal case cannot guarantee that the noncitizen’s conduct somewhere in life does not trigger a conduct-based ground of deportation. See § 1.16, infra.
(b) Grounds of inadmissibility, see § 1.17, infra.
(c) Eligibility for relief in immigration court, see § 1.18, infra.
(d) Post-conviction relief in criminal court, see § 1.19, infra.
