(A)  Aggravated Felonies.  See § 7.91, supra.

 

            Conviction of an offense that “relates to the owning, controlling, managing or supervising of a prostitution business” is an aggravated felony, as is conviction of an offense that “is described in [18 U.S.C. § § 2421-23] (relating to transportation for the purpose of prostitution) if committed for commercial advantage  . . . .”  Conviction of an offense described in 18 U.S.C. § § 1581-85, 1588 “(relating to peonage, slavery, and involuntary servitude)” is an aggravated felony.[267]
