(B) Crimes of Moral Turpitude.
Forgery, in all its degrees, involves an intent to defraud, and is thus a crime of moral turpitude.[179] Offenses related to forgery have also generally been held to involve moral turpitude.[180]

Jan. 23, 2008) (California conviction for violation of California Penal Code 475(c) is not categorically an aggravated felony offense "related to" forgery, because the statute encompasses real, unaltered documents, and thus falls outside the generic definition of "forgery" applied to the aggravated felony category).
