(B) Crimes of Moral Turpitude.[172]
Trespass, like burglary, may be a target offense if the elements require it be committed with intent to commit some further offense. If the noncitizen enters a plea of guilty to trespass with intent to commit a CMT, the trespass will be considered a CMT.[173]
