(A)  Aggravated Felonies.

 

The statute includes as an aggravated felony “an offense that — (i) involves fraud or deceit in which the loss to the victim or victims exceeds $10,000 . . . .”[148]  Passing bad checks will generally fall within this section of the aggravated felony definition, as long as the requirements under that section are met.  See also Fraud, § 8.38, supra, Fraud Against the Government, § 8.25, supra, and False Statement Offenses, § § 8.45, et seq., supra.
