(A)  Aggravated Felonies.

 

Since the federal controlled substances statutes only include a fairly small number of drug offenses as federal offenses,[10] a surprisingly large number of state drug offenses do not have analogous federal offenses.  For example, federal law does not prohibit being in a place where drugs are being used, being under the influence, driving under the influence of drugs, offering to sell drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, transportation of drugs, and various prescription offenses.
