Matter of Davey, 26 I&N Dec. 37 (BIA Oct. 23, 2012) (noncitizen convicted of more than one statutory crime may still meet single offense involving possession for ones own use of thirty grams or less of marijuana exception to deportability if all the noncitizens crimes were closely related to or connected with a single incident, provided that none of those crimes was inherently more serious than simple possession).

NOTE: This might be analogized to fit a noncitizen with the petty offense exception to inadmissibility for one CMT where the noncitizen was charged with two counts arising out of the same incident.
