(9th Cir. Aug. 4, 2003) (Virginia conviction of carnal knowledge
of a child between 13 and 15 years of age, in violation of
Virginia Code § 18.2-63, constituted a "crime of violence"
under U.S.S.G. § 2L1.2 (2002); although the offense does not
have as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use
of physical force, the offense falls within the second part
of the "crime of violence" definition under U.S.S.G.
§ 2L1.2, cmt n.1(B)(II), which lists sexual abuse of a minor).
