§ 28-320.01(1), was a crime of violence for which term of
imprisonment was at least one year, and thus constituted an
"aggravated felony" under INA § 101(a)(43)(F), 8
U.S.C. § 1101(a)(43)(F) requiring a 16-level enhancement to
defendants base offense level under U.S.S.G. § 2L1.2(b)(1)(A)
(1998)).
