May 4, 2005) (jurisdiction limitation, 8 U.S.C. 1252(a)(2)(B), does not bar judicial review of nondiscretionary, or purely legal, decisions regarding eligibility for relief for cancellation of removal under 8 U.S.C. 1229b or for adjustment of status under 8 U.S.C. 1255(i), because they were based on nondiscretionary grounds).
