enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2L1.2(b)(1)(A) (1997) of illegal
re-entry sentence for aggravated felony under INA § 101(a)(43)(B),
8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(43)(B), as cocaine conviction was a third-degree
felony under Florida law, even though possession of cocaine
was only punishable under the Controlled Substances Act as
a misdemeanor).
