United States v. Rodriguez-Guzman,

sentencing enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2L1.2(b)(2) for illegal
re-entry after deportation), overruled by United States v.
Turner, 305 F.3d 349 (5th Cir. Sept. 6, 2002) (Rodriguez decision
improperly applied 18 U.S.C. § 16 definition of crime of violence
in sentencing context).
